114.285 MHz MEMS clock source for automotive and industrial timing
AEC-Q100 qualification means this part is validated for automotive stress conditions — under-hood or cabin electronics that see thermal cycling and vibration can use it without additional derating.
Standby function and power-down current
A dedicated Standby (Power Down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max when the clock is not needed — useful for battery-backed modules that sleep between wake cycles. Active supply current is 16.6 mA max at 114.285 MHz, a reasonable draw for a MEMS oscillator at this frequency and within the output drive capability of most LDOs or switching regulators.
Package and board-fit note
Housed in a 4-VDFN package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, this surface-mount oscillator fits standard reflow profiles and occupies minimal board area — suitable for dense layouts in ADAS cameras, telematics, or industrial sensor modules. Supplied on Tape & Reel for automated pick-and-place; the 4-pin VDFN footprint is common across the DSC1001 family, so a single PCB land pattern serves multiple frequency variants.
