Supply range is 1.7V to 3.6V — the oscillator runs from a 3.3V or 2.5V rail without a separate LDO, simplifying the power tree for mixed-voltage designs. Active current is 16.6 mA max at 114.285 MHz — budget this into the module's total power dissipation, especially if the oscillator shares a rail with other high-frequency loads.
Package and board layout notes
Housed in a 4-VDFN package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — surface-mount only, no through-hole variant. The 4-pin VDFN has a centre pad that is not electrically connected — the pad can be tied to ground for thermal relief, but the datasheet recommends leaving it floating or connecting to a quiet ground plane. Place the VDD decoupling capacitor (0.1 µF ceramic) as close as possible to pin 4 (VDD) and pin 2 (GND) — the small package leaves no room for a via-in-pad under the part, so route the cap on the same layer.
