MEMS XO at 50 MHz with ±20 ppm stability
The DSC1001CI3-050.0000 is a MEMS-based standard oscillator (XO) delivering a 50 MHz CMOS output with an absolute pull range of ±20 ppm — tight enough for a 100BASE-TX Ethernet PHY reference or a CAN FD node clock without external trimming. Supply voltage spans 1.8 V to 3.3 V, letting the same BOM line serve 1.8 V MCU rails and 3.3 V FPGA banks without a level translator on the clock input.
AEC-Q100 qualification and industrial temperature range
Rated AEC-Q100, the DSC1001CI3-050.0000 passes the automotive-grade stress tests — temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up — for deployment in under-hood or cabin electronics where the ambient hits -40°C to 85°C.
Standby power-down mode for battery-sensitive designs
Active draw is 10.5 mA max at 50 MHz, so the oscillator's contribution to the system power budget is under 35 mW at 3.3 V — negligible next to the MCU core current.
4-VDFN package and board layout
Housed in a 4-VDFN measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, the footprint fits a standard 4-pin oscillator land pattern — no via-in-pad or microvia needed for fan-out.
