The DSC1001CI3-019.2000 is a 19.2 MHz XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1001 series, built on a MEMS resonator rather than a quartz crystal. Output is CMOS, which interfaces directly with most digital logic families without external level translation. The supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V covers common logic rails, so the same part can serve 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V clock trees without a separate regulator.
Frequency stability and standby power
This is adequate for general-purpose clocking (microcontroller clocks, CAN transceivers, Ethernet PHYs) but may not meet the tighter ±10 ppm or ±5 ppm required for precision timing applications like USB or high-speed serial interfaces.
4-VDFN package and board integration
The 4-VDFN package measures 3.20mm x 2.50mm with a seated height of 0.90mm max. The small footprint suits space-constrained PCB layouts, and the low profile fits enclosures with tight vertical clearance. Surface-mount assembly is standard; no special reflow profile beyond typical lead-free soldering is required.
