The DSC1001CI2-085.5000T is a MEMS-based XO delivering a 85.5 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across its full -40°C to 85°C range — the MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz cold-start drift and vibration sensitivity that can pull a crystal oscillator outside the system timing budget.
Operates from a single 1.8 V to 3.3 V rail — the wide input range lets the same BOM line serve 1.8 V core logic and 3.3 V peripheral buses without a separate level translator for the clock.
4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the 0.126" x 0.098" footprint matches the industry-standard 3.2x2.5 mm oscillator land pattern, so a quartz XO in the same pad layout can be swapped without a PCB spin.
