73.728 MHz MEMS XO — automotive-grade CMOS clock source
The DSC1001CI2-073.7280T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a fixed 73.728 MHz CMOS output — a common reference frequency for 1000BASE-T Ethernet PHYs, video pixel clocks, and SerDes reference paths. The 1.8V to 3.3V supply range lets a single part number serve multiple voltage domains on the same BOM — one oscillator for a 1.8V FPGA bank and a 3.3V PHY, no level translation.
AEC-Q100 qualification — under-hood and cabin deployment
The standby (power-down) pin pulls the oscillator current to 15 µA max — the output enters high-impedance state, letting the clock tree float without contention.
