The DSC1001CI2-066.6666B is a Microchip MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 66.6666 MHz CMOS output from a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm. It operates from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail, drawing a maximum of 7.2 mA active current, and drops to 15 µA in standby (power-down) mode.
Standby mode and supply flexibility
