MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 automotive qualification
The DSC1001CI2-050.0000B is a 50 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1001 series, delivering CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to 85°C.
Supply voltage spans 1.8 V to 3.3 V, covering common logic rails without a separate level translator — the same BOM line works across 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V domains. Active current draw is 7.2 mA max at 50 MHz — low enough that a standard LDO or 3.3 V rail can supply it without thermal concern.
4-SMD no-lead footprint
Packaged in a 4-SMD, no-lead ceramic package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm oscillator footprint that matches many quartz XO land patterns. Surface-mount, supplied on tape and reel — pick-and-place ready for high-volume assembly.
