36 MHz MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 grade and industrial temperature range
The DSC1001CI2-036.0000B is a 36 MHz MEMS-based oscillator from Microchip's DSC1001 series, delivering CMOS output across a 1.8V to 3.3V supply range. It is AEC-Q100 qualified, meaning it has passed the automotive-grade reliability stress tests (temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up) required for under-hood and cabin electronics.
Supply current and standby power for battery and always-on systems
Active supply current is 7.2 mA max at 36 MHz, which keeps the thermal contribution low in a 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm 4-SMD package. The Standby (Power Down) function pulls the disable current to 15 µA max, letting the oscillator sleep without draining the system battery during long ignition-off periods.
