Product details

MEMS oscillator for automotive clocking at 31.25 MHz

The DSC1001CI2-031.2500T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 31.25 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to 85°C. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, offering better shock resistance and faster start-up than a conventional crystal oscillator in the same 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm footprint.

Operates from a single 1.8V to 3.3V supply, covering the three most common digital logic rails without needing a separate voltage regulator or level translator. Active current is 7.2 mA max; the standby (power-down) mode drops to 15 µA max, letting the system clock gate the oscillator during sleep and wake on a threshold event.

Active production — no end-of-life urgency

Frequently asked questions

What is the standby current of DSC1001CI2-031.2500T?

In standby (power-down) mode, the supply current is 15 µA max. This lets the oscillator be gated off during system sleep, preserving battery life in automotive modules that stay powered but idle.
