26.6363 MHz MEMS clock for automotive timing
The DSC1001CI2-026.6363T is a MEMS-based oscillator delivering a 26.6363 MHz CMOS output from a 1.8 V to 3.3 V supply rail. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz start-up uncertainty and shock sensitivity that can shift a crystal's frequency under vibration — a common failure mode in engine-bay and chassis-mounted ECUs.
Standby power-down and supply flexibility
A standby (power-down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max when the enable pin is pulled low — useful for modules that sleep between CAN wake-up events and need to preserve the battery quiescent budget. The 1.8 V to 3.3 V supply range covers the common automotive logic rails without an external regulator; the 8 mA max active current keeps the thermal load low inside a sealed 4-VDFN package (3.20 mm × 2.50 mm footprint).
