24.576 MHz MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 qualification
The DSC1001CI2-024.5760 is a MEMS-based standard oscillator (XO) delivering a 24.576 MHz CMOS clock output. Its ±25 ppm frequency stability holds the timing budget for CAN, Ethernet, or serial data links without external trimming.
Supply range and standby power
Operates from 1.8V to 3.3V, covering the common logic rails for MCUs, FPGAs, and SoCs. The standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 15 µA max, preserving battery life in intermittently powered systems. Active current draw is 6.3 mA max at full output load — low enough that a standard 3.3V LDO can feed it without thermal concern in a sealed enclosure.
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm with a seated height of 0.90mm. The small footprint and low profile fit space-constrained PCBs in ADAS cameras, telematics, or portable instruments. Surface-mount assembly; the MEMS resonator is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz crystal, which matters for engine-mounted or driveline electronics.
