16.9344 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator is characterised for automotive-grade reliability — suitable for under-hood and chassis-domain electronics where vibration and thermal cycling are routine. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, giving better shock and vibration immunity than a traditional crystal oscillator, and the 4-SMD no-lead package (3.20 mm x 2.50 mm) fits a standard 3225 footprint.
Supply range and standby power
Operating from 1.8 V to 3.3 V, the oscillator covers common logic rails — 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V — without needing a separate voltage translator on the output. Maximum supply current is 6.3 mA during active oscillation. When the standby (Power Down) function is asserted, the output is disabled and current drops to 15 µA max — a useful power-saving mode for battery-backed or sleep-state designs.
