12 MHz MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 qualification
AEC-Q100 rated, this part is qualified for automotive under-hood and cabin-domain applications where vibration and thermal cycling are routine — the MEMS resonator is inherently more shock-tolerant than a quartz crystal. The standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 15 µA max, letting the oscillator sleep between active clock cycles without a separate enable signal.
Supply voltage and package fit
Operates from a single 1.8V to 3.3V rail — one BOM line covers multiple core voltages across a product family, reducing qualification overhead. Housed in a 4-VDFN package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, it fits tight PCB stacks and shares a common footprint with other DSC1001 frequency variants. Maximum supply current is 6.3 mA at full load, keeping the thermal budget low in dense layouts.
Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
