Automotive-grade MEMS oscillator for timing-critical modules
Operating from a single 1.8 V to 3.3 V rail, it runs directly off a 3.3 V or 1.8 V automotive core supply without an intermediate LDO. The wide voltage tolerance also covers a 2.5 V bus if that is your system rail. In a battery-backed ECU, that standby draw is below the module's own leakage floor.
Package, footprint, and temperature grade
Housed in a 4-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. With AEC-Q100 qualification, the part has been exercised at temperature extremes beyond the datasheet operating range during the qualification flow — cold-crank and hot-soak conditions are covered.
This is a current, in-production part suitable for new designs. No LTB or EOL notice has been issued. Available for volume procurement through independent distribution.
