Automotive-grade MEMS timing for constrained boards
The DSC1001CI2-004.0000 is a 4 MHz MEMS-based XO with CMOS output, rated AEC-Q100 — the first oscillator qualification that lets you drop it into an engine-bay ECU or a cabin-domain controller without a separate quartz can and its associated shock sensitivity. Frequency stability is held to ±25 ppm across temperature and voltage, tight enough for a CAN-FD node or a 100BASE-T1 PHY reference without external trimming.
Standby power-down for battery-conscious designs
The 4-SMD, no-lead package (3.20 mm × 2.50 mm footprint, 0.90 mm seated height) fits tight layout zones under a shield can or alongside a BGA memory device.
