111 MHz MEMS clock with automotive-grade qualification
The DSC1001CI1-111.0000: This is a Microchip DSC1001-series MEMS oscillator delivering a 111 MHz CMOS clock from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail. The MEMS base resonator replaces a quartz crystal — no external load capacitors needed, and the part survives vibration and thermal shock better than a can-style crystal oscillator.
Normal operation draws 8.7 mA max at 111 MHz. Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V — the same BOM line works across a 1.8V FPGA bank, a 2.5V SoC, or a 3.3V microcontroller without a separate level translator.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
