The DSC1001CI1-014.7456T is a 14.7456 MHz MEMS-based oscillator with CMOS output, built for surface-mount assembly in a 3.20mm x 2.50mm 4-SMD no-lead package. It operates across 1.8V to 3.3V, covering the three most common digital logic rails without a secondary regulator. AEC-Q100 qualification and -40°C to +85°C temperature range mean this oscillator is tested for automotive under-hood and cabin environments where vibration and thermal cycling are routine.
The standby (power down) function drops supply current to 15µA max when disabled, compared to 6.3mA max during active operation. For a telematics module or sensor node that sleeps most of the time, this 15µA leakage is negligible against the battery self-discharge rate.
