Automotive-grade MEMS oscillator at 12.8 MHz
The DSC1001CI1-012.8000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1001 series, delivering a 12.8 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability.
Wide supply range and low power draw
Operating from 1.7 V to 3.6 V, this oscillator spans the common digital rails — 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V — without needing a separate regulator.
4-VDFN package and board-fit notes
Housed in a 4-VDFN package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, the DSC1001CI1-012.8000T occupies roughly the same footprint as a standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm quartz oscillator. The surface-mount package reflows on standard FR-4 with no special pad geometry; the MEMS die inside is inherently more resistant to 30,000 g shock and 70 g vibration than a quartz blank, which can fracture under repetitive mechanical stress.
