8 MHz MEMS oscillator — AEC-Q100 qualified, active production
The DSC1001CI1-008.0000T is a MEMS-based oscillator from Microchip, delivering a fixed 8 MHz CMOS output with a standby power-down function. Its AEC-Q100 rating is the hard gate for automotive PPAP — capable is not qualified; this part carries the grade that passes an OEM auditor's review. The 1.8V to 3.3V supply range lets it drop into existing 3.3V or 1.8V clock trees without a level translator. The 4-SMD, no-lead package (3.20 mm × 2.50 mm) fits a standard oscillator footprint — board layout is a direct drop-in for common 3225 crystal oscillators.
Sourced through independent distribution.

Standby current is 15 µA max — the part idles without draining the battery in a key-off state.
