MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 for automotive clocking
Standby mode and supply current profile
When active, the device draws 6.3 mA max from a 1.8 V to 3.3 V supply rail, so it can run directly off a 3.3 V or 1.8 V logic rail without an external regulator.
Package and footprint for surface-mount assembly
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, this oscillator fits standard 4-pad land patterns for 3.2 x 2.5 mm XO footprints — no board spin required if you are replacing a quartz-based XO of the same size. The MEMS resonator inside eliminates the quartz crystal's startup delay and shock sensitivity — the oscillator is ready within microseconds of power-up and survives high shock levels per the DSC1001 family datasheet.
