AEC-Q100 MEMS clock for automotive CAN/LIN nodes
The DSC1001CI1-004.9152 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip, rated AEC-Q100 and delivering a 4.9152 MHz CMOS output. That frequency is a direct multiple of the common CAN (500 kbps) and LIN (19.2 kbps) baud-rate clocks — one oscillator serves both the CAN controller and the UART peripheral without a PLL divider. The supply range covers both 3.3V legacy and 1.8V low-power domains without a separate regulator.
Standby function for key-off current draw
In active mode the supply current is 8 mA max, typical for a 4.9 MHz MEMS output.
Temperature grade and automotive deployment
Lifecycle status is Active — Microchip continues to produce this order code.
