66.6666 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
The DSC1001CE1-066.6666 is a MEMS-based standard XO delivering a 66.6666 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to 70°C operating range. AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator has passed the automotive-grade stress tests for temperature, humidity, and reliability — it is suited for infotainment, ADAS camera modules, and body-control applications where a quartz crystal might be too fragile.
Supply voltage flexibility and standby power-down
The 1.8V to 3.3V supply range lets the same BOM line serve 1.8V-core and 3.3V-I/O domains without a separate regulator — useful when a single oscillator must feed multiple voltage islands. Standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 15 µA max, so the oscillator can be gated off during system sleep without a load-switch on the supply rail.
