The DSC1001CE1-060.0000T is a 60 MHz MEMS-based oscillator from Microchip's DSC1001 series, delivering a CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to 70°C operating range. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, so there is no startup jitter from crystal aging or vibration sensitivity — the die is encapsulated in a standard 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm 4-SMD no-lead package that reflows with the same profile as any passive 0805 resistor.
Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so it can run directly off a 3.3V CAN transceiver rail or a 1.8V MCU I/O bank without an intermediate regulator — the internal LDO handles the drop. For an automotive ECU that spends most of its life in sleep, the disable current is low enough that the oscillator does not dominate the quiescent budget.
