MEMS oscillator replacing quartz in automotive and industrial clocks
The DSC1001CE1-033.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates a 33 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability, operating from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail. The MEMS resonator eliminates the startup and aging drift typical of quartz crystals, giving a deterministic frequency over the part's life.
Power budget and standby behaviour
The Standby function is a logic-controlled pin that disables the output and reduces current — useful for automotive modules that wake on CAN or LIN activity.
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, it fits tight PCB stacks in camera modules or compact control units.
