The DSC1001CE1-024.5760 is a standard MEMS-based oscillator (XO) from Microchip's DSC1001 series, delivering a 24.576 MHz CMOS output from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail.
Standby power and supply flexibility
When the standby (power-down) function is asserted, the oscillator draws a maximum of 15 µA — low enough to keep a battery-backed ECU or telematics module alive without draining the reserve. The supply voltage accepts any rail from 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same BOM line works across a 3.3V I/O bank and a 1.8V core domain without a separate level translator.
The MEMS resonator construction eliminates the quartz cold-start drift and microphonic sensitivity that can cause frequency jumps in high-vibration environments.
