The DSC1001CE1-016.5000T is an AEC-Q100 qualified MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip Technology, delivering a 16.5 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to +70°C operating range. Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so it runs from a single 1.8V or 3.3V rail without a secondary regulator. Maximum supply current is 6.3 mA — low enough that the thermal rise inside the 3.2x2.5mm SMD package stays negligible even in a still-air enclosure.
Standby pin and disable current
The disable current is 15 µA maximum — that is three orders of magnitude below the active draw, which matters for battery-backed modules that spend most of their life asleep.
