MEMS clock source for 24 MHz CMOS rails
The DSC1001CC2-024.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs a 24 MHz CMOS clock — the MEMS resonator replaces the quartz crystal, so there is no load-capacitance matching to tune and no start-up reliability concern from an over-driven crystal. Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, covering the common digital core and I/O rails without an external level translator.
Rated AEC-Q100, this oscillator passed automotive-grade stress and reliability testing — suitable for infotainment, ADAS camera modules, and body controllers that require the qualification. For under-hood or engine-bay deployment where ambient exceeds 70°C, a wider-temperature variant from the DSC1001 family would be needed.
