8 MHz clock source with automotive-grade reliability
The DSC1001CC1-008.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a fixed 8 MHz CMOS output — a common reference for MCU clock trees, CAN transceivers, and body-control modules.
The 1.8V–3.3V supply range covers the common logic rails used in automotive ECUs and sensor modules — no external level translator is needed when the oscillator shares a rail with the MCU. The 4-SMD, no-lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, fitting tight PCB stack-ups in sealed enclosures. Maximum supply current is 6.3 mA, so the oscillator's power draw is negligible in a typical 1 A automotive power budget.
