Automotive-grade MEMS timing
The DSC1001BL5-004.0000T: This is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) that outputs a 4 MHz CMOS clock from a 1.8V to 3.3V supply rail — the wide voltage range lets it drop into 1.8V or 3.3V clock trees without a level translator.
A standby (power-down) pin lets the system shut down the oscillator, dropping the supply current from 6.3mA max active to 15µA max in disable — a 420:1 ratio that matters for battery-backed modules or sleep-mode ECUs. The 4-SMD no-lead package (5.00mm x 3.20mm footprint, 0.90mm seated height) is a standard ceramic land-grid array — the same pad layout used by quartz oscillators in this form factor, so a board designed for a 5x3.2mm XO accepts this MEMS part without a layout change.
