Active production – no LTB risk for automotive BOMs
The DSC1001BL1-016.0000T: This is a current-production part suitable for both new designs and repair replacements.
Automotive-grade qualification and temperature envelope
AEC-Q100 qualified — the OEM auditor will ask for the PPAP documentation, and this part delivers it. Capable is not qualified; this part is qualified.
16 MHz CMOS clock with ±50 ppm stability
MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 16 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across the full voltage and temperature range. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz start-up uncertainty — the oscillator is stable at power-on, no crystal aging drift to budget. Supply voltage range 1.8 V to 3.3 V covers common logic rails without an external level shifter. The enable/disable function pulls the output to high-Z and drops the supply current to 15 µA max — useful for gating the clock in low-power sleep modes. Maximum active supply current is 6.3 mA — a low-power figure for a 16 MHz oscillator, meaning the thermal impact on the 4-SMD package is negligible even in a dense layout.
