The DSC1001BL1-012.5000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1001 series, outputting a 12.5 MHz CMOS clock with ±50 ppm frequency stability across a 1.8V to 3.3V supply range.
Standby power-down and supply flexibility
A standby (power-down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max when the enable pin is pulled low, preserving battery life in intermittently powered modules like telematics or sensor nodes. The wide 1.8V–3.3V supply range means the same part can serve a 1.8V MCU core clock and a 3.3V peripheral bus without a separate level translator.
