133.333 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
AEC-Q100 qualification means this part has passed automotive-grade reliability stress — under-hood or cabin electronics that see 85°C ambient still hold the clock edge within the stability budget.
CMOS output and enable/disable function
CMOS output drives standard digital loads directly — no external termination resistor needed for short traces. The enable/disable function lets a microcontroller or FPGA gate the clock: pulling the enable pin low reduces supply current to 15 µA max, useful for power-save modes on battery-powered or automotive always-on modules.
Package and board-fit note
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.197" × 0.126" footprint is a standard 5×3.2 mm ceramic oscillator land pattern — no special via-in-pad or thermal relief needed. Surface-mount reflow profile follows standard JEDEC J-STD-020 for MSL level 1.
No official successor or second-source is listed; the base product number DSC1001 covers the full series.
