125 MHz MEMS clock for automotive and industrial boards
AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator meets the automotive reliability stress tests — temperature cycling, ESD, and extended life — making it suitable for under-hood or chassis-mounted ECUs where a quartz crystal might drift or fail under vibration.
Standby power-down and supply flexibility
A standby (power-down) function on pin 1 drops the supply current to 15 µA max while maintaining the output in high-impedance — useful for battery-backed modules that need to preserve charge during long idle periods. The 1.8V to 3.3V supply range lets this oscillator run directly from a 1.8V core rail or a 3.3V I/O rail without an intermediate LDO, reducing BOM count and board area.
Suitable for new designs and production builds. Supplied in tube in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
