Product details

127.872 MHz MEMS clock with AEC-Q100 grade

The DSC1001BI2-127.8720T: AEC-Q100 qualified oscillator for automotive ECUs that see 85°C ambient and vibration.

Supply flexibility and standby power discipline

Operates from any rail between 1.8V and 3.3V — the same BOM position can serve a 1.8V FPGA bank or a 3.3V microcontroller without a separate regulator.

Supplied in tape and reel (TR) for automated pick-and-place; the 4-SMD no-lead package (5.00mm × 3.20mm, 0.90mm seated height) is a standard footprint shared across the DSC1001 family.

Frequently asked questions

Does the DSC1001BI2-127.8720T have a standby mode?

Yes, the Standby (Power Down) function disables the output and drops supply current to 15 µA max, allowing the system to gate the clock without a separate enable buffer.
