MEMS oscillator at 125 MHz with AEC-Q100 grade
The DSC1001BI2-125.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 125 MHz CMOS output from a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm.
Operating from 1.8 V to 3.3 V, the oscillator draws 8.7 mA max when active and drops to 15 µA max in standby (power-down) mode, making it suitable for battery-backed or power-sensitive designs that need to gate the clock when the system sleeps.
Frequency stability and clock-tree fit
Frequency stability is ±25 ppm, which keeps the 125 MHz output within tight bounds for high-speed serial interfaces, Ethernet PHYs, and FPGAs that rely on a clean reference without external VCXO tuning.
