Automotive-grade MEMS oscillator at 70.5367 MHz
The DSC1001BI2-070.5367T is a Microchip MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 70.5367 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability. The MEMS resonator inherently withstands higher mechanical stress than quartz, which is a practical advantage for engine control units, transmission controllers, and ADAS sensor modules that see continuous vibration.
Supply voltage and power management
Operating from 1.8V to 3.3V, this oscillator can be powered directly from a 1.8V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate regulator.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, the DSC1001BI2-070.5367T uses a standard 5.0 x 3.2 mm land pattern. This footprint is shared by many quartz and MEMS oscillators, simplifying PCB layout reuse.
