36.8182 MHz MEMS oscillator with automotive qualification
The DSC1001BI2-036.8182 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 36.8182 MHz CMOS clock output from a 4-SMD, no-lead package. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz crystal start-up time and vibration sensitivity trade-offs that matter when the oscillator sits near a motor drive or on an engine ECU.
Standby power-down and wide supply range
A standby (power down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max when the enable pin is de-asserted — useful for gating the clock tree in a battery-backed ECU or a sensor node that sleeps between measurement cycles. The supply voltage accepts 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same oscillator can feed a 1.8V MCU core and a 3.3V peripheral bus without a separate level translator on the clock line.
