AEC-Q100 rated MEMS oscillator for automotive clocks
The DSC1001BI2-013.0810 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1001 series, delivering a fixed 13.081 MHz CMOS output. Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so it mates directly with 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V logic rails without an external level translator—one BOM line fits multiple core voltages.
A battery-backed RTC or sleep-wake controller can leave this oscillator powered down for months without draining the coin cell.
