MEMS XO for 6 MHz clock trees
Wide supply range from 1.8V to 3.3V lets this oscillator serve mixed-voltage designs — a 1.8V MCU and a 3.3V FPGA can share the same XO without a level translator. Maximum supply current is 6.3 mA at 3.3V, so the total power draw stays under 21 mW — negligible in a 12V automotive rail but worth budgeting in a 1.8V battery-powered sensor node.
Housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm 4-SMD no-lead package with a seated height of 0.90 mm max — a compact footprint that fits tight ECU or IoT module layouts without requiring via-in-pad.
