MEMS timing for automotive and industrial boards
The DSC1001BI1-040.0000 is a 40 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) with CMOS output, AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive-grade reliability across -40°C to 85°C. Its MEMS resonator delivers faster startup and better shock/vibration tolerance than quartz, making it a fit for engine-control modules, ADAS cameras, and outdoor telecom nodes where quartz would drift or crack.
Supply voltage agility and standby power
Runs from 1.8V to 3.3V without a separate regulator — one oscillator covers the common logic rails in a mixed-voltage design. Standby (Power Down) function drops supply current to 15 µA max, letting the oscillator sleep between bus transactions and save power in battery-backed or always-on modules.
This is a current-production part suitable for new designs and BOM replenishment. Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
