3.6864 MHz MEMS oscillator with automotive-grade qualification
AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator has passed the automotive-grade reliability stress tests — temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up — making it suitable for under-hood and chassis-domain electronics where a standard quartz oscillator would not be accepted without additional screening. The MEMS resonator core inherently withstands higher shock and vibration than a quartz crystal, and its start-up time is typically under 5 ms — a practical advantage in automotive key-fob or engine-control modules that must wake and lock fast.
Standby power-down and supply flexibility
A standby (power-down) pin drops the supply current to 15 µA max when asserted — the oscillator stops and the output goes high-impedance. For a battery-backed ECU or a sensor node that sleeps most of the time, this leakage floor is low enough to ignore in the sleep-state budget. The supply voltage range spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same part can be powered from a 1.8V core rail, a 2.5V I/O rail, or a 3.3V peripheral rail without a dedicated LDO. This simplifies the power tree and reduces BOM line count in multi-rail designs.
Active lifecycle and sourcing through independent distribution
It is available for new designs and volume replenishment through independent distribution, quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
