64 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
The DSC1001BE5-064.0000 is a 64 MHz XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1001 series, built on a MEMS resonator rather than a quartz crystal. It delivers a CMOS output with ±10 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to 70°C operating range. AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator has passed automotive-grade stress tests including temperature cycling, ESD, and latch-up — suitable for under-hood or cabin electronics where reliability is required.
Supply voltage and power-down flexibility
The supply voltage accepts 1.8V to 3.3V, allowing a single oscillator design to serve multiple voltage domains without a level translator on the clock line. A standby (power down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max, enabling the system to gate the clock in sleep mode and save battery or system power.
It is available for new designs and production builds. Sourced through independent distribution against an RFQ.
