The DSC1001BE2-100.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 100 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability. It operates from a single 1.8V to 3.3V supply, covering the common digital logic rails without an extra regulator.
Standby function and low-power sleep
This lets the system clock gate the oscillator during idle states — useful in battery-backed telematics or sensor nodes where every microamp counts. Active current is 8.7 mA max at 100 MHz, so the trade-off between wake-up latency and power savings is straightforward: pull the standby pin low when the bus is idle.
Package, footprint, and temperature grade
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
