Automotive-grade MEMS clock source at 60 MHz
The DSC1001BE1-060.0000T is a 60 MHz MEMS-based oscillator with CMOS output, AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. It draws a maximum of 7.2 mA from a supply range of 1.8V to 3.3V, making it a low-power clock source for cabin-domain ECUs and infotainment modules.
Why choose MEMS over quartz
The ±50 ppm frequency stability covers most general-purpose clocking needs, though it is not tight enough for precision timing or wireless baseband references.
It is not rated for under-hood or engine-bay use where ambient exceeds 70°C.
