Why this MEMS oscillator exists
A quartz crystal oscillator requires external load capacitors and a startup time that can stretch past 10 ms. The DSC1001BE1-025.0000T uses a MEMS resonator instead, delivering a 25 MHz CMOS clock from a single 4-SMD package with no external timing components — the supply decoupling caps are all it needs. The supply voltage range spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same part number works on a 1.8V MCU rail or a 3.3V SoC rail without a separate level translator.
Automotive-grade clock source
Standby mode for low-power systems
This makes the DSC1001BE1-025.0000T a natural fit for battery-powered automotive modules like a TPMS receiver or a keyless-entry controller that spends most of its life asleep.
