AEC-Q100 MEMS clock source
The DSC1001BC2-024.0000 is a 24 MHz XO (Standard) MEMS oscillator from Microchip's DSC1001 family, delivering CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability.
In a battery-backed RTC or CAN transceiver clock tree, that disable current is low enough to leave the oscillator powered from a coin cell without draining it during sleep. Normal operation draws 6.3 mA max — the MEMS resonator consumes less than a comparable quartz oscillator at the same frequency.
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, seated height 0.90 mm max. The supply voltage range spans 1.8V to 3.3V — one BOM line covers 1.8V-core MCUs and 3.3V-peripheral buses without a separate level translator.
