60 MHz CMOS XO with MEMS resonator and AEC-Q100 qualification
The DSC1001AL5-060.0000T is a 60 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) producing a CMOS output — a direct-fit clock source for digital logic, MCUs, and FPGAs that expect a rail-to-rail square wave. The supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same part can serve 1.8V-core and 3.3V-I/O domains without a separate regulator or level shifter on the clock line.
Standby power-down and low current draw
When active, the device draws 7.2 mA max at 60 MHz, a modest load for a 1.8V–3.3V rail.
Package and footprint for rework
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00 mm × 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a standard ceramic SMD footprint that reflows cleanly and is probe-accessible for debug. The exposed pad underneath aids thermal transfer to the PCB ground plane; a via-in-pad layout is not required, but a thermal relief pad on the top layer keeps solder joints consistent during reflow.
