10 MHz MEMS oscillator with automotive-grade reliability
AEC-Q100 qualification means this part has passed the automotive reliability stress suite—temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up—making it suitable for under-hood and cabin electronics where a quartz oscillator might drift or fail under vibration. The standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 15 µA max, allowing the system to gate the clock tree during sleep without a separate enable switch.
Supply voltage and power budget
Operating from 1.8V to 3.3V, the oscillator covers the common digital core and I/O rails—no level shifter needed when migrating between a 1.8V MCU and a 3.3V FPGA bank. Maximum active current is 6.3 mA at 10 MHz; the low draw keeps the thermal rise in the 7.00 mm × 5.00 mm package negligible, even in a confined enclosure.
