12.288 MHz MEMS XO with 1.8V–3.3V rail flexibility
The DSC1001AI5-012.2880 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a fixed 12.288 MHz CMOS output — a common reference frequency for audio clocking, Ethernet PHY, and serial data rates (e.g., 12.288 MHz is 256× the 48 kHz audio sample clock). Its supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, meaning the same oscillator can be dropped into a 1.8V-core SoC or a 3.3V peripheral bus without a separate level translator — the CMOS output swings rail-to-rail at the supply voltage present.
AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and industrial temperature range
The 4-SMD no-lead exposed-pad package (7.00 mm × 5.00 mm, 0.90 mm seated height) provides a low-profile footprint suitable for dense PCB layouts; the exposed pad improves thermal conduction to the board, though the 6.5 mA max supply current generates minimal self-heating.
